We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
To track your order: Once you place an order on our website you will automatically receive a track & trace via e-mail to track your order and you can use our track & trace page.
We strive to ship all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours. However, please note that during peak periods, this may take up to 3 business days.
To avoid waste, we do not keep all our products in stock. We produce items to order, so our shipping time is slightly longer than usual.
Delivery time: 7–12 business days
Thanks to this approach, we can offer you a better price, it’s better for the environment, and together we help reduce waste.
On average, you will receive your order within 7–12 business days, and you can easily track it via the track & trace code that you receive in your e-mail after purchasing.

Returns information
We do our best to offer you the best and most beautiful products. Are you not satisfied with your order? We’re sorry to hear that, but we’re happy to assist you. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, which is why we’ve made exchanging and returning your order as simple as possible.
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Once we have received the return, we will process it within 5 days.
Returns received more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Follow these 3 steps:
Step 1: Fill out our contact form and request a return, including the reason and your order number.
Step 2: Send your order: Ship the product(s) together with the completed return form and invoice to the address listed on the return form. Make sure your package includes a track and trace code. This makes the return process simple and transparent for both you and us. The sender is responsible for properly shipping the return; misunderstandings can be avoided by using a track and trace code.
Step 3: Refund to your bank account: Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 business days.
Exchanges: If you would like to receive a new or different item, we will ensure it is ordered from our supplier within 5 business days. From there, the process is the same as any other order in our webshop.
