Product & Packaging
Our socks are designed by our team in Athens and then manufactured at a family-run factory in China, who are experts at achieving our more complex weaves and designs.
There is a reason why most clothes are made of cotton – it is a lightweight but durable fibre that holds its colour and shape with multiple washes. The heel, toe and sole are reinforced with a soft but exceptionally strong type of cotton and man-made fibre called polyamide. Finally, elastane is used to create a strong hold around the band of the sock, creating the perfect fit around your feet.
- The Originals Sock: Organic Cotton 81%, Polyamide 17%, Elastane 2%
- Extra Small: UK 3-6, US 4-7, EU 35-39;
- Small: UK 4-7.5, US 5-8.5, EU 37-41;
- Medium: UK 8-10.5, US 9-11.5, EU 42-44;
- Large: UK 11-13.5, US 12-14.5, EU 45-48.
The majority of our socks sit comfortably at the half-calf and ankle.
If you ordered one to four individual pairs, you will receive them wrapped in our branded tissue paper and packed in one of our lovely LÉON envelopes that fit through the letterbox.
If you ordered five to ten individual pairs, these will be wrapped in our branded tissue paper and sent out in a branded box. This is the only instance where the outer packaging will be branded.
My Order
When it comes to socks, we work quickly. So once your order is confirmed our fulfilment centre will start preparing it for shipping. Please make sure to review all your order details before you complete the checkout process to avoid any potential issues. However, if you do notice an error or would like to cancel your order please get in touch with us ASAP. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you, but please keep in mind that if your order has already been processed by our fullfilment centre, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty pair of socks or that they develop a hole, please get in touch with our Customer Care team with your order number and a picture of the fault or hole. We will be happy to look into it and, as per our Sock Sure guarantee, we’ll replace any damaged socks within a year of purchase.

Please note that due to logistical challenges, we are currently unable to ship to Liberia, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Honduras, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, French Polynesia and New Caledonia.
We always do our best to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2.30 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2.30 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email stating that the parcel has been sent out and providing the tracking details, you’ll then be able to track your order via the link in your e-mail and by visiting our track & trace page. Returns
We’re sorry you didn’t love your order, you can return it provided the conditions below are met:
1) You are able to return the products in question to us within 28 days of receipt of your order.
2) Your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unworn, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact.

Yes, we offer an extended returns period for all orders placed between the 24th of October and the 24th of December. These orders can be returned until the 31st of January of the following year.
Typically the funds will revert back to your original payment method in 5-10 business days. Should you experience any delays do not hesitate to get in touch at returns@leon-atelier.com
