Vores tøj er designet af vores team i København, som er eksperter i at skabe vores mere avancerede vævninger og designs.
Der er en grund til, at de fleste stykker tøj er lavet af bomuld – det er en let, men holdbar fiber, der bevarer farve og form, selv efter mange vaske.
Hvis du har bestilt ét stykke tøj, modtager du det indpakket i vores brandede silkepapir.
Hvis du har bestilt to eller flere stykker, bliver de sendt i en brandet æske.
Dette er den eneste situation, hvor den ydre emballage vil være brandet.

Når det gælder tøj, arbejder vi hurtigt. Så snart din ordre er bekræftet, begynder vores lager at forberede den til afsendelse.

Vi kigger gerne på sagen, og i henhold til vores garanti erstatter vi enhver beskadiget vare inden for et år efter købsdatoen.

Please note that due to logistical challenges, we are currently unable to ship to Liberia, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Honduras, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, French Polynesia and New Caledonia.
We always do our best to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2.30 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2.30 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email stating that the parcel has been sent out and providing the tracking details, you’ll then be able to track your order via the link in your e-mail and by visiting our track & trace page. Returns
We’re sorry you didn’t love your order, you can return it provided the conditions below are met:
1) You are able to return the products in question to us within 28 days of receipt of your order.
2) Your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unworn, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact.

Yes, we offer an extended returns period for all orders placed between the 24th of October and the 24th of December. These orders can be returned until the 31st of January of the following year.
Typically the funds will revert back to your original payment method in 5-10 business days. Should you experience any delays do not hesitate to get in touch at returns@leon-atelier.com
